Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This notice and matters concerning this service are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court or the Maebashi District Court shall be the non-exclusive agreed court of first instance for disputes arising from or related to this service. If a user is a consumer, the user may also file an action in the court having jurisdiction over the user's address.
